What you’ll do
Our 8–10 weeks College Student internship program is designed to challenge active college students to learn and prosper in the horticulture field, while being mentored by the best minds in the industry. We service Commercial Retail, Hospitality and Educational Institutions. Level Green also provides maintenance services for Residential Homeowners Associations and large Communities.
8-10 weeks paid college internship program.
The Summer Internship Program at Level Green is a structured, rotational experience designed to provide college students with an inside look at every role within the branch operational team. We offer a customized program tailored to you and discovering your passion within the Landscape industry.
Our Internship program covers a wide range of specialties, that include, but are not limited to:
∙ Job Shadowing with our Branch Manager, Account Manager and Operation Manager
∙ Landscape Installation
∙ Landscape Management
∙ Hands-on experience and exposure to the landscape industry
∙ Hardscape Installation
∙ Irrigation and Water Management
∙ Sales and Estimating
∙ Ability to build a network while interacting with other college interns, team members and create new professional relationships.
In-depth Orientation - A thorough company orientation. This is a great way to determine your goals with our company positions.
Cross-training - This is a great opportunity to learn skills in several different positions. This will help you find your perfect niche.
Mentor Program - You will have one of our managers assigned to assist you with the learning process.
Management Training - You will experience all aspects of the business, technical knowledge, leadership training, business development and presentation skills, project management, account management and branch administration.
Career Opportunities - After a successful completion of our internship, you could become eligible for full-time opportunities after graduation.
Weekly Evaluation - This is the perfect way to review your performance, revisit your goals and we can receive your feedback on your experience during the program.
∙ Pursuing a bachelors or associates degree in any areas of Horticulture such as the following: Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Agriculture-Business, Landscape Design or Plant Science
